Please join us October 29th for the 2nd Annual Learning Collaborative. Our first year brought together ~100 of your colleagues working throughout the state of Idaho to improve patient care, quality, and cost. You met new people, shared challenges, exchanged best practices on training, leveraging community health workers and using data tools and platforms to support participation in new care and payment models. This event is free of charge, but space is limited.
